The Rice MS150 Team spins off of Rice Bikes and becomes an independent club at Rice University.
2015 – Spring
The Rice MS150 community grew when Rice Bikes led a group of nine students to ride MS150. These students rode as individuals within the MS150 network, but coordinated training and logistics together. Rice Bikes’ GM (Brian Barr) and Marketing Manager (Madeleine Pelzel) initiated and led all meetings, marketing, and some fundraising efforts.
2014 – Spring
The Rice community began supporting Bike MS through the BPMS150 in 2014 when Brian Barr (student) and Jim Krane (professor) rode as individuals.
